I’m an international award winning and ICF certified business leadership coach. I went to grad school for Executive Coaching and Leadership, focussed on human behaviour and psychology models. Great question. And the answer is probably not what you’re expecting.

On paper, to get the most out of this program, you’ll need to schedule at least 2-3 hours per week over the 8 weeks of this program. This is including our weekly live workshops.

However, by embarking on the journey of PACE, what you’ll soon find is by implementing the actions and the learnings in the program, your takeaway will go beyond a renewed way of thinking and doing, but ultimately being.
